Sir Pigglesworth Action & Adventure Chapter Books for Children ages 5-8

The first thing I noticed in this illustration is Sir Pigglesworth is acting like a little piggy who hasn’t eaten in a very long time.

And then my eyes went to the nuns having dinner at the table behind them.

Then across at the next table is a mustached General…I love how David draws interesting characters to bring the picture to life.

I’m always on the lookout in the background of his pictures to see what I can spot.

After they settled in their room, they went to have dinner at the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel.

The floor was turning very slowly and the city was lit up with millions of twinkling lights!

Sir Pigglesworth’s eyes danced with delight at the changing view.

He happily told JoAnn and Bill about all that had happened since he’d last seen them.

It had been a long flight from London, so they all went to bed after their dinner.

Tomorrow the real excitement would begin!
