The Sir Pigglesworth Adventure Series could be the biggest sensation to hit the scene in children’s literature since Winnie the Pooh and Curious George.
The Sir Pigglesworth Jingle!
A message from the Queen!
Book 3 Video Trailer!
Get ready to learn, laugh, and love “Sir Pigglesworth”, son of the royal Duke and Duchess of Pigglesworth, as he travels the world.
Sir Pigglesworth is a young, lovable little piglet who is curious about everything and anything, which lands him in some interesting situations.
The detailed illustrations serve as conversation starters that can give adults a creative way to check and expand children’s reading comprehension. Parents and caretakers shouldn’t be too surprised if their little learners want to plan some travels of their own.
You can join Sir Pigglesworth on a new adventure every few months as he learns something new in every place he visits!
As a special gift I will enclose a Sir Pigglesworth bookmark with each book ordered.
I look forward to adding you to my Sir Pigglesworth family of book readers.
Hi, my name is JoAnn Wagner…you may know me as Mama Pigglesworth.
Doing a book reading in Upshur County Library West Virginia. And yes…I am wearing a pig snout 🙂 LOL The kids LOVED it!
I’m the creator and author of the Sir Pigglesworth Adventure Series. I have 7 books published and I am currently working on Book 8.
I want to instill a lifelong love of reading in children and help them develop critical thinking skills while also teaching them about the history and culture of other countries. I also want them to learn that reading is fun!
Picture says it all – Reading to your kids is always a special bonding time!
I am blessed to have the opportunity to read to kindergarten, first, and second-grade classes in many schools and the children always love to be read to by the author. They have lots of questions. One question I get asked a lot is “can I become an author, too?” I let them know they can be anything they want…they just have to dream it!
Here I am in a classroom answering questions from kids after reading to them. I have a PowerPoint presentation that displays the pictures in the book as I read.
After I do a reading, I get “love” notes from the kids. It warms my heart to read about how much they loved my story and want to read all about Sir Pigglesworth’s other adventures.
Thank you letters from the kids at one of my readings
I had the BEST time reading Sir Pigglesworth’s Adventures in New York City to 5 second-grade classes!! The kids loved the book and asked all kinds of questions! They made me thank you notes and Mrs. Wuest had told her class I was in the hospital a couple of weeks ago and they made me get well notes…how COOL!! I got hugs and kisses from some of the kids…I love doing this for the kids…they were awesome!!! Reading to kids warms my heart.
